Nose
Clean, sweet and quite delicate. Light sappy notes: chewing on a leaf of grass, gooseberry jam, raffia. Becomes floral with a hint of flat ginger beer.
Palate
Light and fragrant becoming very sugary (gomme) with good delivery. Hay, coriander seed. A little hollow.
Finish
Drying slightly, surprisingly long.
Comment
An attractive summery aperitif. Just lacks a middle.
