Nose

Sweet and fruity, with a suggestion of tartness; so much so that it reminds me of ice wine or Sauternes. Honeyed, with lemon and lime peels, a floral element with gentle marzipan underneath. Vanilla seed cakes (sesame in particular) and sultana.

Palate

Viscous and full. White chocolate, elderflower cordial, pear liqueur, more marzipan, white grape juice and red berries.

Finish

Sweet and creamy, with a medium-long finish.
