A super buttery start — like I’ve just opened a block of salted, creamy butter and then melted it on toast with honey.

Palate

Loads of fruit on the palate alongside an almost menthol note — like blackcurrant cough syrup, that’s been softened with loads of cherries and honey.

Finish

So much honey and fruit to finish.

This is a delectable breakfast in a glass — wonderfully summery with intense sweetness and a lovely bit of spice.
