Rather shy. Vanilla ice cream, lemon sherbet, wood shavings, and a whiff of charcoal. There’s something lifted and floral to this too.
Palate
Really pleasing creamy texture to this. Vanilla panna cotta crusted in sea salt.
Finish
Dry and very vanilla.
