Nose

At first it’s surprisingly grassy and mentholic. As it settles it becomes sweeter, turning to bread and butter pudding, glazed doughnuts and chocolate chip cookie dough with a side of buttered rye toast.

Palate

Soft brown sugar and more cookie dough with a cinnamon spike and vanilla ice cream. Orange marmalade is now smothered on that hot toast.

Finish

Soft, medium length. That cookie dough refuses to go quietly though.
