Tasting Notes

Nose

Soft wisp from a far off beach bonfire, lemon drops, crunchy Granny Smith apples and caramelised pears.

Palate

An orchard barbecue, with buckets of juicy fresh fruits mingling with coal smoke. Mandarin segments, grape juice and tarte tatin with buttery, flaky pastry.

Finish

Sweet, smoky, and a little meaty.

Comment

Fresh, juicy and smoky – a good one for the hip flask.
