Tasting Notes

Nose

Like bursting into a candy shop: icing sugar, red liquorice twists, pear drops, cola cubes, and red and black gummies. The Jelly Babies are on fire.

Palate

Thick, encompassing Sherried sweetness and oak spice, before those yummy sweeties march in. The smoke intensifies, intertwining with the Sherry and candy until…

Finish

… it’s all smoke, with the memory of an empty Sherry glass.

Comment

Very moreish. Those poor Jelly Babies.
