Nose

A rich and jammy nose with a hint of spice and Riveta. Pretty direct, with some additional hints of old leather and runny honey.

Palate

Very rich on the palate with heavy rye bread giving the leading flavours. Some black cherry hidden in the background which comes to the front with a splash of water. A hint of iodine.

Finish

The iodine comes right to the front of the finish, pushing through and powering over the winning line, followed by some sea salt, leaving the black cherry for dead.

A powerful and rewarding drop.
