Nose

More lifted than the last one with dried lemon peel, dried mint, lavender and chocolate. Oak and orange blossom.

Palate

A let down on the palate. Flour sacks and some fragrance overwhelmed by a bitter oaky edge (accentuated by water). While it has energy and sweetness the tannins bite deep and bite hard.

Finish

Bitter.

Comment

The wood is simply too aggressive for the spirit.
