Nose

A fairly gentle start, this one takes its time emerging from the glass. There’s soft red fruit, some vanilla bean custard, a little anise, and icing sugar.

Palate

Again, very gentle, with some menthol and blackcurrant notes to start, a touch of blueberries and golden syrup to follow.

Finish

Freshly squeezed orange juice and oak spice leave a fresh and warming taste on the tongue.

A nicely rounded and very gentle blended whiskey that will appeal to a lot of people.
