Apple pie with brown sugar, then the spices kick in with cinnamon and ginger spice, and after fresh oak and stewed plums.
Prickly ginger spice and puckering tannins too.
Lovely. A super balance of light smoke, good wood integration, sweet fruity notes and gorgeous spice as well.
