Vanilla ice cream, milk bottle chews, sultana bran, dried coconut. With time grassiness, and a farmyard whiff.

Palate

Mouth filling and malty, with a shake of spice.

Finish

Woody, drying and with complex bitterness of quality dark chocolate.

Comment

A bold spirit, tempered by well-timed maturation. A little flat to be truly great.
