Nose

Give me all the lemons… and a packet of prawn cocktail crisps. A sprinkling of cider vinegar, tobacco ash and chipotle smoked pork chops. Finished off with marmalade smothered toast.

Palate

Lemon meringue pie topped with soft peach slices all stuffed into an oak chip smoker. Barbequed pork. Then more pork and maybe some maple syrup for good measure.

Finish

A whole lot of zest and smoke.
