Nose

Delicate orchard fruits. Sultana and honey, pear drop and plum flesh. Icing sugar and vanilla.

Palate

Very light bodied. Vanilla custard and green apple. Perhaps a touch of bisongrass and chamomile. With time, a little whipped cream, oat biscuit and orange zest.

Finish

Short and gently drying. The chamomile lingers.

Comment

A delicate and quaffable blend, but lacking complexity. The quiet one at the party.
