Nose

Perfumed and delicate with sweet apple blossom and icing sugar, a slightly richer fruitiness in dried citrus peel, green apple skin and conference pears in a light custard.

Palate

Silky and sweet, with more of that icing sugar and baked apples soaked in a vanilla crème. Dry toasted oak spices like cinnamon, anise and pepper wash across the palate with a surprising chilli heat.

Finish

Chilli-infused vanilla custard, with some dry oak.
