Nose

Round, soft and sweet with a dry oak/sawdust note behind. There’s some cedar and lots of banana. Peeled bark and very soft fruits.

Palate

Crisp and quite tight and grippy but there’s a luscious quality that pulls it through. Gentle, creamed coconut.

Finish

Slightly dry.
