Tasting Notes

Nose

Peeled turnips, wet wood, preserved lemon. Again a slight earthy note.With water becomes more rooty, violet.

Palate

Nutty once more though this time it is offset by a softy syrupy feel. Some mango, but then it dries.

Finish

Tight.

Lacks expressiveness.
