Just-opened leaves, then lifted smoke, fresh cut grass. This then deepens into damp socks, cheese rind and lemon.

Palate

Bone dry smoke, like standing in a peat fire. There’s sweetness but it is slightly hidden. Green wood.

Finish

Smoke.
