Nose

Honey water, chamomile, elderflower, a little sawdust, cream cheese, and tart apple. Vanilla sponge cake and caramelised white chocolate.

Palate

Medium-bodied. Thick-set honey, fresh raspberry, and fluffy pancakes. Banana split with vanilla cream and flaked almond. A little black pepper, lemon peel, and zesty coriander seed.

Finish

Long, on notes of lemon posset and poppy-seed rye cracker.
