Nose

Blooming gorse, aloe vera, matcha powder and blossom honey. Fresh peach and pencil shavings. A little bread dough.

Palate

Medium-full. Concentrated tropical fruits, especially ripe pineapple and papaya. Chamomile tea with honey and lemon. Honeydew melon, a touch green. Subtle menthol. Some tart cherry and dried lemon notes.

Finish

Long, on those chamomile and melon notes.

Ignore the ABV. This is beautifully flavourful and mature.
