Nose

Fresh parsley, coriander and celery tops initially. Then cream-laced porridge with spiced apple, candied pineapple, graham cracker and a little sweet bonfire smoke.

Palate

Medium bodied. Burnt sugar on a crème brûlée, and candied orange peel. Rye crackers. Roast pork and cider gravy. Then a slight rubbery note emerges.

Finish

Medium, on rye toast with orange marmalade.
