Orange peel and salted fudge pieces, savoury and saline, a little BBQ pork. Rosemary and red cabbage. Some sweetness with melting brown sugar.
Sweetness tempered by a saline and savoury cracker edge. Prawns and chilli sauce, with a peanut sauce. Cracked white pepper and cumin.
All sweet until that saline note builds up and then dries with the spices and pepper.
A must for visiting the Scottish islands. Balanced with great spices.
