Nose

Minerally, almost saline, then coffee grinds and bracken and burning heather. Lychee, pomegranate eventually, until roasted beetroot.

Palate

Bitter orange marmalade, candied almond and a touch of barley sugar water. Roast beetroot. A spice prickle and then ends with salt crackers.

Finish

Short and swift with that minerality showing through. Dries on rock salt crystals.
