Nose

Hello Autumn, leaf mulch, distant wood fires, roasted hazelnuts and creamy oak. There’s a little coffee grind, then a subtle sherry character, spice follows.

Palate

Autumnal sweetness, iced finger biscuits soaked in sherry, with raisins and figs. Coffee in tiramisu now. Honey and goat’s cheese on rye. A nutty, woody edge hits, candy coated almonds.

Finish

Long and spiced finish, the sherry, ginger and a chocolate topped cappuccino.
