Nose
To start, there’s Play-Doh and tinned pineapples, then some unexpected kiwi fruit, lemon peel, and even some Bakewell tart.
Palate
7 Up, honey, pears, and warm pineapple with a fairly spicy note of red chillies. It’s sweet and spicy, and intriguing.
Finish
Lengthy — lots of fruit and spice stick around for ages.
Comment
I want to pair this with a Thai curry — it’s utterly curious, with lots going on.
