Nose

A box of vinyl records, acetone and nail polish, cardboard in a old sweet musty way. Toasted marshmallows and glacé cherries, then the oak grips a little. Distant rye bread toast and butter.

Palate

Acetone at first then the gentle oak takes over, popcorn and marshmallow note come through, sweetness with a burnt edge. Rye bread spice pep is just lurking in the background.

Finish

Short, if a little thin – expecting more spices to hit at the end, but it just fades out.

Not bad at all, just wanted more pep and spice.
