Tasting Notes

Nose

Green plums, roasted cheese, a slightly prickly, chemically note. With water there is a doughy note, with a bit of bran husk like a bran scone. Plum or cherry sauce.

Palate

Quite broad on the palate, a youthful maltiness and some apple.

Finish

Light, sweet breadiness.

Comment

Relatively uneventful.
