Nose

Fresh and vibrant with coconut oil, lavender, buttered samphire and a spritz of lemon zest. Swiftly followed with notes of aloe vera, spearmint and diluted TCP.

Palate

Chargrilled lobster tails, samphire and pickled baby beetroot fresh off the barbeque. Waves of charcoal smoke, citrus fruits and prickly heat drying the back of the throat.

Finish

Waves of charcoal smoke dry into sweet earthy tones.
