Nose
Sour. Cider apple. Sandalwood. Fading rose. A hint of Turkish delight. A heavier woody note in the back.
Palate
Smooth, sweet. The same earthy/woody note as on the nose. Well balanced with the nose. Exotic fruit and Demerara sugar. Prunes.
Finish
Lingering. Soothing on liquorice. Keeping the woody character.
Comment
A grain whisky ? Slightly over the top but showing a very pleasant aromatic profile.
