Nose

Exotic. Frying curry leaves,freshly clipped privet,stone fruits,lemon verbena. Becomes slightly scented\rlifting into vanilla with water. Shows complexity. Sweet pear overlaid with dried citrus peels. Very creamy with\rwater. Sweet.

Palate

Very pure,direct. A touch of liquorice. Chewy. Good balance between vibrant North African spiciness and a\rsmooth central palate.

Finish

Tingling.Clean and sweet.

Oak-driven,but not oak-dominated. There's a difference.
