Nose

Fatty and oily with sunflower and pumpkin seeds, but with a dense dried fruit character of sultanas, banana chips and cranberries. There’s a rich spiciness to it too, all cinnamon, clove and muscovado sugar as well.

Palate

It’s nuttier here, and fruitier too, like a densely populated fruitcake topped with glacé cherries, crushed cashews and dried apple pieces.

Finish

Currants and Brazil nuts laced with a delicate spice.
