Nose

Heavy and slightly oily. Cooking mash, hot milk and flour. Seems young and a little harsh. Aromatic and rye like.

Palate

Strangely thin, separating in the mouth. The aromatics are there, but there's little happening on the tongue. Suet pudding.

Finish

Slightly greasy.

An uneasy mix between spirit and wood.
