Nose

Tart citrus and berries: pomelo, lime and raspberry. Then under-ripe banana, caramel biscuits and malted milk. A touch of chicory, then milk chocolate sauce and strawberry jam. Vanilla.

Palate

Medium bodied. Fizzy limeade, lemon lollypops with sherbet centres and tart green apple. Every sour sweet you ever tried as a child. An assault of citrus zing.

Finish

Medium-long. The citrus clings but fades to a tobacco note.

Comment

I love the tart flavours, but the youthful character and alcoholic strength are somewhat distracting.
