Nose

Delicate blueberry and raspberry fromage frais, kiwi, strawberry laces and mixed fruit wine gums. Beneath there’s gingerbread, cedar, nutmeg and brown sugar.

Palate

Full. Concentrated blackberry and raspberry compote flavours, with chocolate brownie, flapjack and floury roll. Dried pineapple, creamy yoghurt, maple candy and apple cordial. Some delicate ginger and subtle cayenne pepper, too.

Finish

Long. Pickled sweet red pepper fades to resin and apricot.
