Nose

Led by cloudy apple and raspberry juice, lime zest and white grape. Next comes white chocolate, toffee popcorn and strawberry laces. There’s allspice and ginger, with some melon sweetness.

Palate

Instantly fruity, almost wine-like. Dehydrated apples and candied ginger, honeycomb and fondant. Subtle tannin adds structure. Later on comes some lingering nuttiness — peanuts and some cashews.

Finish

Sweet and full. Fades to red apple skin.
