Nose

Pine needles and manchego cheese, then ripe pineapple and pink grapefruit. Some cut grass and tomato stem with kaffir lime and heather. Vanilla pod, too.

Palate

Light bodied. Starts off delicate, but builds before dropping back. Characterised by citrus: lemon, lime and grapefriuit. Reminds me a little of Fresca soda. A very delicate nuttiness lingers in the back.

Finish

Medium- short. Fades out to limeade.

Some strong elements are present, but so delicate that water must be used with caution.
