Nose

Very sweet and slightly buttery, then a grappa-like immaturity. All pear drops and bananas. Unbalanced distillation wise.

Palate

Thin and though clean has an aggressive quality. Water calms this down but also reduces the flavour to nothing bar a slightly buzzy quality.

Finish

Hard.
