Nose

Lemon, lime and orange boiled candies. Golden syrup drizzled over Scotch pancakes, with a dollop of whipped cream. Elderflower cordial and honey water, with Cantaloupe.

Palate

The honey, whipped cream and pancakes are here in force, but with slices of salted toffee sauce–coated banana and poached pear. Some crushed peanuts and sweet shortcrust pastry, too.

Finish

Medium-long, on banoffee pie.

Perfect harmony of spirit and oak. Excellent.
