Nose

Honey-nut cornflake cereal with oat milk and toasted coconut. Popcorn, toffee-dipped apple slices, custard tart, rye crackers and cream cheese, lemon peel, and lovely oak spices.

Palate

Medium. Caramel popcorn, vanilla nut-milk latte, hazelnut, peppery spice, ground clove, a hint of liquorice, blueberries, and cooked apple.

Finish

Medium-long, on honey-nut cornflakes, nutmeg, and finally milk chocolate.

Comment

Sweet grain and oak play against each other beautifully.
