Nose

Sweet cereals and apple boiled sweets. Lemon curd and key lime pie. A touch of water brings out some butter icing.

Palate

Medium-light bodied. A touch hot. Plenty of orchard fruit, lemon sherbet and green apple. Green grapes and, with time, a delicate vanilla biscuit note. Takes water well, removing the heat with no loss of flavour intensity.

Finish

Medium length, vanilla stays awhile before the green apple come back for good.

Comment

Simple, but overall a nicely put-together dram.
