Nose

Floral fragrance with apple blossom, lavender, aloe vera and freshly cut grass. Oily with salted butter. Buckwheat pancakes, roasted peanuts and lemon sherbet.

Palate

A rush of sea salt and notes of cashew butter and baked pastries follow. Chocolate brioche, toasted almonds and iced eclairs. Salted pork, gooseberries and the addition of spearmint.

Finish

Salty and buttery. Smooths over with just a drop of water.
