Nose

Almond pastries dusted with icing sugar. Very raisiny, with butterscotch and lemon peel too. With time more citrus/sour notes appear, along with more floral character.

Palate

Very drinkable at cask strength, with a corn-like character, grassy and citric (orange perhaps).

Finish

Medium length and dryish.
