Nose

Crisp and spring like. Green apple and young rhubarb with cinnamon and a touch of raisin. Despite this freshness there’s a mature touch alongside a slight fragility. Water brings with it marmalade and freshly polished brass.

Palate

Smooth and slightly hot when neat, but with sound mid-palate sweetness.

Finish

Slightly astringent.
