Nose

Pinkish hue and an aroma of rhubarb, red apple, fruit compote, pomegranate juice but all of them teetering on the edge of mouldiness.

Palate

Rich with an assertive oiliness from the supporting oak. Rich and spicy: cinnamon stick. Slick and tongue-coating.

Finish

Short and overly dry.

Split into spirit on one side and wood on the other.
