Tasting Notes

Nose

There is a suggestion of fruit coming through, but it’s more of an imitation. Think foam bananas and Dr Pepper. Victoria sponge, honeycomb, freshly baked cheese scones and custard creams as well.

Palate

A carefree palate of steamed soy milk, scorched grapefruit peel and fresh linen with an edge of almond butter and dried apricots. That soft Maltesers melting in the mouth sensation.

Finish

Chalky texture with an initial hit of sour notes but it softens quickly and ends.

Comment

Fresh, airy and arguably a grower.
