Palate

Caressing, satin-like. Smooth and sweet with a big smoky flavours. Smoke roasted salmon. Then citrus notes. A salty feel on the tongue. Drying on dust and soot.

Finish

Lingering, smoky and sweet. Soothing on candied grapefruit.

Comment

The smoke is omnipresent. A thick curtain which unveils luscious malty notes though. Islay on the nose and on the tongue.
