Nose

Cypress resin. Unusual scents. More balsamic than oaky. In the back grassy notes. Hint of cereal. The fruit aromas slowly emerge. Dark berries.

Palate

Very sweet. Thick, syrupy. That must be a liqueur ! Keeps sweet all the way but a spice note in the back.

Finish

Sweet, vanishing.

There is a trick here ! Can’t be a whisky. A whiskey liqueur for sure. So hard to score. Would be pleasant on ice. So, this is it, Drambuie!
