Nose

Very delicate. Pecorino cheese and raw pumpkin flesh, wet paper, subtle notes of Scottish tablet with cinnamon. With time come wafts of gooseberry and pear.

Palate

Smoother than silk. White chocolate and butter icing, vanilla sponge and a suggestion of candied lemon in there too.

Finish

Medium length, very sweet. Somewhat retiring, but pleasant.

A sweet and gentle caress. Lots of potential here. I’d like to hear this whisperer speak just a little louder.
