Nose

Elegant and mature with a spicy attack, some coconut. With water, there's milk chocolate, charred smokiness over apricot juiciness.

Palate

More wood smoke and ashes, kumquat, red apple, mixed nuts. Water makes it more tannic.

Finish

Tight.

Better on nose than palate where it's just tipping over into the woody stage. Good though.
