Nose

This was very shy but some waxed jackets, angelica with a light citrus note. Damp fields. Honey and lemon like a hot toddy, with a hint of barley sugar.

Palate

Quite spicy ginger jam and haystacks. Light citrus and apple rings. Hints of sulphur and had a bitter edge to the back of the palate.

Finish

All up front then died back too quickly.

I was left feeling unfulfilled, it didn’t deliver enough of anything for me.
